There are various grants available to undertake the installation of energy efficiency measures in your home. If you are on a low income or in danger of suffering fuel poverty then you can get upto £4,000 from Warm Front to help you.

If you are on a higher income you can still get upto £300 from your energy supplier under the energy efficiency commitment to help implement this work. You should contact your supplier directly for information about this.

There are also grants available for installing renewable energy technologies on your house from the Low Carbon Buildings Program and some local authorities have their own scheme for renewables as well. Check with your local council for this. Alternatively if you wear your favorite jumper and turn down the thermostat you can start saving money now!
